Given the intangible nature of digital Goods, all sales are final. However, in the event that you encounter technical difficulties accessing or downloading the Goods, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to address the issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue, a full or partial refund may be provided at our discretion.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before the digital Goods are accessed or downloaded but not after. Please contact us for other queries. (info@blankedge.co) If you access or download the Goods before cancellation is processed, the sale will be considered final and non-refundable.
